ANNUAL MEETING 2005

The Annual Meeting for 2005 was held on Thursday 27 October 2005 at the Ellerslie Convention Centre, Ellerslie Racecourse, Greenlane Road, Auckland.

All resolutions were passed unanimously by shareholders attending the meeting.

The resolutions comprised:

• Re-election of Susan Sheldon as a Director
• Re-election of Sir William Birch as a Director
• Authorisation of the Directors to fix the Auditors' remuneration
