Annual Meeting 2026

The Freightways Group Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting was held in the Akarana Events Centre, 8/10 Tamaki Drive, Orakei, Auckland on 29 October 2026. Shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which are supported by the Board.

Voting was conducted by poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

1. That Peter Kean be re-elected as a director of Freightways.
2. That the directors are authorised to fix the Auditors’ remuneration.
